From 3 October 2026, new hosting services are provisioned exclusively from our Coventry, UK cloud location. Frankfurt, Germany and Dallas, Texas are no longer available when ordering a new service.
Customers with an existing service in a retired location will be contacted directly with the timing and details of any required migration. No action is needed unless we contact you.
Our global CDN remains available on Blizzard and Avalanche plans. Websites are hosted in Coventry while cacheable content can be delivered from edge locations closer to visitors around the world.
